Project Consulting

Telecom Audits: Based on a per hour rate or a project rate working with IT and accounts payable to provide areas of savings for customers. Some examples are:
· Clients saw six-figure saving savings after a Telecom Audit.
· Review of current bills found 68% of the contracted POTS lines were billing tariff rates. Working with the vendor to go back 3 years provided a large credit.
· Circuits were found that belonged to another institution and credit secured back to the install date.
· Discovered that Long Distance was being charged at 60 cents per minute! Immediately put them on a better plan.
· Centrex lines that were billed over $2500 per month and lowered to around $300 with a new contract.
· Many more examples are available of how savings of 25-85% was uncovered.
· We have a 4 year relationship with one of the largest school districts in IL. Over that time we have impacted their billing by over $1.2M!

Inventories: Provide inventory of existing services including lines, circuits and other types of IT services. Some customers have provided LOA for us to act on their behalf in getting information about their services, saving them valuable time and resources, allowing them to concentrate on urgent/critical matters.

One client stated, "Bob you are a God-send. You've accomplished more in the short time you've worked with us that our previous consultant did in over a year!!"

Solution Consulting

Based on what a customer needs by offering a broad base of IT services. The attached pdf states the broad categories. Some specifics:
· A financial services company moved to a hosted voice platform and found a company to fit their needs. They’re utilizing the additional functionality to assist them in being available to serve their customers faster. When they moved locations all they had to do was plug the phones in and they were ready!
· A Christian organization needed a Contact Center Solution that linked their CRM system with their call manager. This increased their customer service and helped them increase sales.
· One denominational headquarters switched providers and consolidated older technology into one new seamless solution. The move lowered their cost by 80%!
· A company needed a hosted voice solution, the one they chose gave them a one vendor solution, while saving them 40% on their telecom costs. (previously they had 15 vendors and 31 bills for 14 sites!)
· Companies are considering SD Wan as a way to lower their network cost. Moving from traditional MPLS networks are producing savings up to 60%!
· Companies have been looking for security solutions that will alert them ahead of any attacks and provide needed protection
· One customer needed a vendor to manage their servers and take over the management that had been done by the VP (by default).
